Vian Diamonds Inc is currently only set up to ship domestically. Shipping lead time will be 1-3 days from the shipping timeline mentioned when the order is placed. All orders are shipped via USPS Priority mail or FedEx. Ground Shipping is free, but we don’t offer free Expediated or Overnight shipping. The shipping rates are as below.
The estimated delivery time will be 5-6 weeks from the date the order is placed in the event that the purchase is a custom order or the item is not currently in stock.
We advise all clients to make sure that shipping information is entered correctly and free of errors prior to submitting order. If you submit an incorrect address, please let us know as soon as possible by email and we can correct it before it ships. If the order ships out with incorrect information, Vian Diamonds Inc is not liable and will not replace the order.
Once an order is out of our possession and in the hands of a carrier, Vian Diamonds Inc is no longer liable for this package. In a result of a lost or missing package please contact your local carrier with the tracking number provided. All packages come with the standard insurance coverage, but you can request additional insurance to protect your investment. In an event your package is damaged, stolen, missing etc. you can put a claim in with the carrier and be reimbursed.
