To ensure the integrity of our pieces, returned items must be:

Free from resizing, engraving, or any customization
Each piece will be carefully inspected upon return.
Bespoke & Personalized Creations
Custom designs, engraved pieces, and personalized creations are considered final sale, as they are crafted uniquely for you.
Refunds & Exchanges
Approved returns will be refunded to the original method of payment. Please allow 5-10 business days for processing once your piece has been received and reviewed.
Eligible items may also be exchanged within 30 days. Any price difference will be adjusted accordingly.
