We are pleased to offer secure, fully insured shipping within the United States.

Order Preparation & Timing

In-Stock Creations
Ready-to-ship pieces are carefully prepared and dispatched within 1-3 business days of order confirmation and payment verification.

Made-to-Order & Bespoke Creations
Custom or made-to-order pieces require artisanal production time. Estimated delivery is approximately 6-8 weeks, unless otherwise communicated at the time of purchase. Production timelines are estimates and may vary slightly due to the handcrafted nature of high jewelry.

Clients will receive confirmation and tracking details once their order has been released for shipment.

Secure Shipping Methods

All domestic shipments are sent via trusted luxury carriers such as FedEx or UPS, selected at our discretion to ensure optimal security.

• Ground Shipping (3-8 business days) - $20-$40
• Expedited Shipping (2-3 Business Days) - $50-$90
• Overnight Delivery (Next Business Day) - $90-$130

Delivery timelines are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

All shipments:

  • Are fully insured for their full purchase value

  • Require direct signature upon delivery

  • Are shipped in discreet, non-branded outer packaging for security

  • Cannot be delivered to P.O. Boxes

Address Verification & Delivery Integrity

Clients are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information is accurate at the time of purchase.

If a correction is required, please contact us immediately at Service@viandiamonds.com prior to shipment. Once an order has been dispatched, modifications may not be possible.

Vian Diamonds is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrectly provided address.

Risk of Loss & Transfer of Responsibility

While your shipment is fully insured during transit, risk of loss transfers to the client upon confirmed delivery and signature at the shipping address provided.

If tracking confirms delivery and a signature has been obtained, Vian Diamonds is not liable for loss, theft, or damage thereafter.

In the rare event of transit damage or delivery discrepancy, clients must notify us within 48 hours of confirmed delivery. Failure to report within this timeframe may limit our ability to assist with carrier claims.

Carrier Delays & Force Majeure

Vian Diamonds is not liable for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, customs processing, natural disasters, labor disruptions, or other events beyond our reasonable control.

Security Review

For high-value transactions, Vian Diamonds reserves the right to:

  • Conduct payment verification

  • Request additional identification

  • Delay shipment pending fraud prevention review

  • Cancel and refund orders deemed high-risk

These measures are taken solely to protect our clients and the integrity of each transaction.
